Kamut® is an organic ancient grain that has not been genetically modified or hybridized with modern wheat. While it contains gluten, its form differs from that of modern wheat. Combined here with corn and millet—two naturally gluten-free cereals—this bread contains less gluten than standard wheat bread. Made from Canadian organic Kamut® and millet flours.
