A selection of breads made from Kamut® wheat flour—an ancient grain originally from Egypt. Kamut® wheat has never been genetically modified or hybridized. It still contains gluten, but in a form that many people with non-celiac gluten sensitivity find easier to digest.

Whole grain flour includes every part of the grain: the starchy endosperm, the bran, and the germ. As a result, it retains the fibre from the bran and the vitamins and minerals concentrated in the germ. This wholesome trio delivers the full potential of cereal flavours.
