Une gamme de pains à base de farine de blé KAMUT®, provenant d’une variété ancestrale de grains d’origine égyptienne. Jamais modifié ni hybridé. Il contient du gluten, sous une forme différente de celle du blé moderne. Ainsi, il est plus facile à digérer pour les personnes sensibles au gluten, non cœliaque.
