Ce sont des chaines de sucre que l\u2019on retrouve dans certains l\u00e9gumes, l\u00e9gumineuses, c\u00e9r\u00e9ales, produits laitiers, et confiseries.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #464749;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #464749;\">Chez certaines personnes, notamment celles atteintes du syndrome du c\u00f4lon irritable, les FODMAPs provoquent des sympt\u00f4mes de gonflements, maux de ventres, diarrh\u00e9e, et flatuosit\u00e9. Aujourd\u2019hui, 10-15% de la population sont atteints de cette maladie. font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; color: #464749;\">\u00c0 cause de la m\u00e9diatisation du gluten et de la similarit\u00e9 des sympt\u00f4mes, nombreux sont ceux qui confondent l\u2019intol\u00e9rance au gluten \u00e0 l\u2019intol\u00e9rance aux FODMAPs.&nbsp;<\/p><p style=\"font-size: 18px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; color: #464749;\"><br><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 18px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; color: #464749;\">Des \u00e9tudes r\u00e9centes bas\u00e9es sur des patients qui pensaient avoir une intol\u00e9rance au gluten mais non c\u00e9liaques ont prouv\u00e9 que, dans un environnement contr\u00f4l\u00e9 et sans placebo, le gluten n\u2019avait aucune incidence sur leurs intestins, mais qu\u2019un r\u00e9gime faible en FODMAPs a grandement am\u00e9lior\u00e9 leur \u00e9tat gastro-intestinal.&nbsp;<\/p><p style=\"font-size: 18px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; color: #464749;\"><br><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 18px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; color: #464749;\"><span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5);\">Comme de fait, 5% de la population se trouve \u00e0 \u00eatre intol\u00e9rante aux FODMAPs et sont mieux de suivre une di\u00e8te faible en ces petites chaines d\u2019hydrates de carbones pour \u00e9viter ces sympt\u00f4mes douloureux et non d\u00e9sir\u00e9s.<\/span><br><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 18px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; color: #464749;\">De plus, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 86% des personnes ayant le syndrome du c\u00f4lon irritable on retrouv\u00e9 des bonnes habitudes gastriques et un soulagement de leurs sympt\u00f4mes gastro-intestinaux apr\u00e8s avoir adopt\u00e9 un r\u00e9gime faible en FODMAPs.<\/p><p style=\"font-size: 18px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; color: #464749;\"><br><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 18px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; color: #464749;\">N\u00e9anmoins, les FODMAPs sont des fibres solubles utiles \u00e0 la sant\u00e9. Il n\u2019est donc pas n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019emprunter un tel r\u00e9gime et de se priver de bons aliments s\u2019il n\u2019y a pas d\u2019intol\u00e9rance. En fait, les FODMAPs sont b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques pour la plupart des gens et se retrouvent souvent en quantit\u00e9 insuffisante dans l\u2019alimentation moderne. C\u2019est pourquoi nous avons d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un pain concentr\u00e9 en FODMAPs (inuline plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment) soit le pain Sandwich Pr\u00e9biotique.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 18px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; color: #464749;\"><br><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 18px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; color: #464749;\">Deux de nos produits sont faible en FODMAPs : le pain 100% \u00e9peautre, et le pain \u00e9peautre et sarrasin.
